WOW! Can't even begin to tell Erin how thankful I am for the lense she gave me! Erin you're awesome! I am loving it and have been playing around with pics indoors-yikes! These are a couple of Baa and her babies.
Ususally summer means swimming and sprinklers, but today Lucy had a blast splashing in a few puddles! She is really into wearing her "pretties"-dresses, no matter how hard I try to stick pants on her, but I managed to get boots on her feet. What's a mom to do...
Lucy and I had so much fun the other morning playing at Rattlesnake Lake with her little buddy and the park. She was so tired and slept like a champ that night-course it wore me out too!
So last weekend I got to shoot a wedding with my friend Kristin Tetuan, who is a pro photographer, and it was so much fun! Of course I took several of the kids and was able to do more of the candid stuff=fun stuff! These are some of my favorite ones I took...
We had a few freinds over for lunch the other day and all the kids played outside. Of course Otter Pops were involved and I snapped a few pics of Ava and Lu enjoying their Pops and being sweet.
Wow it has been so long since I last posted! We have had a busy, but great spring! I will post more pics of what we have been up to after I finish editing them. Here is Lu playing in the sprinkler and enjoying this fabulous weather...
Lucy had a really great birthday! We took her to the Seattle Aquarium and she loved it! She had never been before and as soon as we went in she ran from display to display yelling at the fishies. She also decided that instead of touching the fish in the shallow pools it was much better to dip her finger and lick it. Maybe when she is a little older she will figure out what all the other kids and daddy was doing.
Later on we had our family over for her birthday dinner. She did a super job entertaining and playing with her cous-Gigi.
We feel so incredibly blessed by having Lucy in our lives!!
We had such a great time visiting Adam's parents. Lucy loved seeing Grandma, GPa(grandpa), her great-grandma and the "puppy" Murphy. She also developed an obsession for taffy-she likes it almost as much as I do...
We had photo class today and it was awesome! Rebecca had us using our manual mode and spot metering. Something I have not done before, but am so glad that I did! Thanks Rebecca!!
